Oh my god, I found this tiny ramen spot last week and I think about it every single day. You have to go — have you tried any good ramen places lately?
I love ramen! I haven't found a great spot near me though. What made this one so special?
The broth was simmered for like 18 hours — you could taste every layer. And the noodles were made fresh in-house. Do you usually go for rich tonkotsu or something lighter like shoyu?
